Terms & Conditions
By signing below, I agree to the following terms and conditions
1. Program Participation
I give permission for my child to participate in the McDonald’s Kiddie Team Program, which may include hands-on activities, games, and a tour of the McDonald’s kitchen (observing all health and safety guidelines).
I understand that my child’s participation is voluntary, and that I may withdraw them from the program at any time.
2. Health and Safety
I confirm that my child is in good health and able to participate in program activities.
I have provided accurate information about any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements that may affect my child during the program.
I understand that McDonald’s will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of my child, including hygiene and health protocols.
3. Emergency Medical Care
In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorize McDonald’s staff to administer basic first aid to my child and, if necessary, to seek additional medical treatment.
I understand that McDonald’s will make every reasonable effort to contact me or the emergency contact provided in such circumstances.
4. Liability Waiver
I acknowledge and agree that McDonald’s and its employees are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during my child’s participation in the Kiddie Team Program, except in cases of gross negligence.
5. Behavior and Conduct
I understand that McDonald’s staff will set clear behavioral expectations and safety guidelines for all participants.
I agree that if my child’s behavior poses a risk to themselves or others, McDonald’s reserves the right to ask my child to leave the program for the safety of all attendees.
The customer must notify McDonald’s a minimum of 48 hours prior to the party date and time of any cancellation or changes to the party. such as date/time, venue, and other related matters. Should the customer fail to advise McDonald’s within the prescribed period; the 60 SAR deposited money will not be refunded.
Acknowledgment and Consent
I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions listed above. I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child listed and consent to their participation in the McDonald’s Kiddie Team Program.
